Difficult times ahead for El Salvador (VERSION EN INGLES)

El Salvador is considered the most vulnerable country in the World and, unfortunately, recent events confirm this assessment in the worst possible way.
On November 7th and 8th, 350 mm of rain fell down in the territory in just 24 hours, a quantity similar to the one that the hurricane Stan reported in five days in 2005, or the equivalent of one fourth of a normal winter in El Salvador. Such heavy rains have caused floods and
land and mud slides, impacting thousands of families in at least five
departments of El Salvador...
